Client purchasing with Dream Hmz partner (Financial Consultants Network LLC), will receive a lender paid credit of 1% of their loan amount up to a maximum of $10,000 at closing. For example, a $300,000 sales price minus a down payment of 5% ($15,000) resulting in a loan amount of $285,000. Client will receive a lender credit of $2,850 at closing.
