Included appliances are a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and refrigerator. Residents will need to provide their own washer and dryer.
The property is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. A $400 Non-refundable pet fee will be due upon move-in. All renters will be required to complete pet verification during the application process. Household pet screening is $25 per pet.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. At move-in, the first month’s rent and any applicable pet fees will be due.
To qualify, residents must have a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent. An application is required for all prospective residents, which includes a $55 fee per applicant. This covers a background check, including criminal, credit, and eviction history.
All Milestone Premier Properties residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) at $12.95 a month, which includes liability insurance and several additional benefits. More details will be provided during the application process.
