The Hills Above Possum Kingdom is a gated community with 20 miles of private roadway behind the gates. Lots are large and there is room to spread out. There is no time requirement to commence building, plans must be approved by the POAs ACC. Lot ownership permits the use of all amenities including; clubhouse with pool and fitness center, boat storage, community dock, boat ramp, cabin with picnic area at the lake side, fishing pond and hiking trail. This lot has a view of the lake.
