Border Sands encompasses 850 acres on both the Texas and Oklahoma side of the Red River with over a mile of river frontage. The property is in southern Jefferson County, Oklahoma, near the town of Terral and northern Clay County, Texas near the town of Ringgold. The mine is fully operational and has just begun to tap into the reserves discovered in an independent geological report from March of 2022. All of the equipment and machinery sells with the property with an acceptable offer.
