Antique building on North side of historic Leonard red brick square. Built approximately 1910-1912. Setback entrance has mirrored columns on each side of entry door and built-in showroom windows. Wood flooring was replaced and roof repair at back was done recently. Open floor plan with high ceiling in front part of building and stairs leading up to large storage upstairs. It has a large refrigerator for flowers and has been used as floral and gift shop for many years and before that it was a furniture store.
