Main house, Guest House, Barn, Stables, Indoor and outdoor arenas, 9 miles of riding trails, 6 ponds, front and back are stocked with catfish and bass and a private gun range area. The living room in the main house has the original stone flooring and a huge cozy stone fireplace. The house was added on to in the 1950’s and then some updates in 2010. Outdoor arena is 250 X 150. Barn is 125 X 40 and includes a 40’ diameter indoor arena, 16 horse stalls a tack room and additional area to store hay and equipment. Guest house includes a bathroom and kitchenette. Pond located in the back of the property can go as deep as 18′ and the largest of the ponds is located at the front of the property and can be as deep as 15′. The front pond has a water pump connected. No pesticides have been used on the property since current owners have lived there.
