An AG exemption applies even without your livestock, the requirement of landowners without livestock are required to have a water trough available for the whitetail deer, axes, black bucks, turkey and bees. The main area is an open concept family room with a gas fireplace, large mounted big screen TV, dining area and kitchen, a large walk-in pantry. There is two bedrooms and two full bathroom, a combo laundry room on the opposite side of the breezeway dog-run. Now, lets talk recreational fun! This in NOT a hunting property- so not shooting from the porch! However, so many other amenities to enjoy such as, skeet shooting, a 300 yard rifle range, a pistol range, a golf driving range, riding trails, ATV or horses.
