The house is 1800 square feet, built in the 1930s, remodeled 2016. 3 bedroom 2 bath. I removed several walls and installed laminate beams in the ceiling to open it up the kitchen, dining, living room, and foyer. The house also has a 1500 square foot deck on the back with a hot tub.
The land is 2 acres all fenced with 1 cross fence separating the front acre and the back acre. The back acre has 3 animal pens and a 1200 square foot barn with a concrete floor. The barn is divided into 3 areas, the left side is insulated and has a man door to the exterior. The center section was designed for my tractor but can be used for anything. The right side is setup for goats with birthing stalls and easy access to a fenced area.
The front acre has the house, a 30’x60′ shop with concrete floor and automatic overhead doors on both ends. Their is also a smaller shop we called the garden shop that was originally a calf barn, it has haydite block walls and a concrete floor. I also built a 10’x16′ greenhouse on the front acre.
