The Learning Academy was constructed in 1996 specifically as a preschool & daycare center with 4,000 sq. ft. and features a kitchen, 6 classrooms and 5 bathrooms. The center is licensed to accommodate up to 85 children. It boasts 3 fenced playground areas, including 1 tailored for toddlers with a deck and astro-turf areas completed in Fall 2023. The larger playground area offers multiple structures, ample space for activities and 2 recently installed shade structures. Additionally, there is a third fenced area currently utilized as a garden for the Pre-K class. All classrooms come FULLY FURNISHED for functionality. Major renovations were undertaken in 2014, including a new roof, new windows, and front door. The daycare employs 12 staff, some with long tenure. Owner (Director) plans to retire in 2025, offering transition support. The center recently attained the Texas Rising Star 4 Star Designation, reflecting its commitment to excellence in childcare!
