Many updates have been made throughout each unit for maximum comfort to the residences! Tenants do pay all utilities. Both units include a refrigerator, microwave and oven for the occupants. There are washer and dryer hookups in each unit across from the pantry. One full bedroom and bathroom on each side of the duplex with a coat closet and two additional closets in the bedroom for further storage. A survey is available.
