This is a 236 Acre piece. Once used for farming, so it has great soil. We have a survey where we broke it out into nine 25 acre lots. We will provide this if you would like to sell them individually, or develop it. We have a lot of projects going on, so decided to move away from this. There will be very little restrictions. No commercial shooting ranges and no junk yards. These are the only restrictions. Great for any sort of livestock-farming. Water: Would be by well.
