House is 6 bed, 5 bath with rec room, media room, office, outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, 2-car and single car garage.
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on main floor along with main living, kitchen, dining, office and laundry. Remaining three bedrooms are up – 2 share a Jack-and-Jill setup with their own sinks.
Things we have done to the house since purchasing:
1. Widened driveway quite a bit
2. Whole-house water filtration system
3. Reverse osmosis faucet at main kitchen sink
4. Installed Trim Lights for year-round celebration (as seen in photo)
5. 8kW solar panel system with Tesla Powerwall (fully paid for, no lease to deal with)
6. Carpet replaced in 2022
7. New roof 11.2024 with level 4 shingles (level? Is that the right word? A strong roof for insurance costs staying low, whatever the right word is.)
8. Converted pool from chlorine to salt
9. Replaced all windows that had broken seals.
10. Added a door off driveway between garages for access for our kids, closest friends, and to get to the garbage cans easily. 🙂

Additional Notes
Home is available for immediate occupancy. Trophy Club is considered a golf cart community and is a very, very highly sought after and family friendly town. The schools are amazing, the neighbors are great, the amenities are well kept. It is convenient to Roanoke with its wonderful dining options, Southlake with its shopping options, as well as only 20 minutes from DFW International Airport. The house itself has been wonderful for allowing plenty of space to each of its occupants, but also providing an amazing space for many wonderful gatherings. You truly will not find a better home in a better community.
