Building was previously a 25-bed licensed assisted living facility until August 2022. Remodeled after in 2017 to include all new paint inside and out, new flooring and a new fire system in accordance with NFPA guidelines for long term care facilities. Building features a large dining room and commercial size kitchen, appliances available with reasonable offer. Dining room tables are also available. The kitchen has a commercial dish-machine that was purchased in 2018. The building features rooms split by a bathroom and also has seven handicap rooms in the northeast hall. All windows have had screens replaced in 2018 to meet licensing standards. Roof Replaced and interior updates made in 2023.
