The subject is (has) been extensively remodeled. The parking areas are to be re-paved with asphalt parking, new stripping & will have approximately 90-95 spaces per the new site plan. Some of the interior walls are to be removed & replaced for an expansion in the sanctuary area. Portions of the building have been repainted, had with new carpet installed, stained and sealed concrete floors and tile in various areas throughout. The balcony was recently finished out and now opens to the sanctuary with a new clear laminated glass guardrail installed.
