Beautiful entrance with metal gate and matching side panels. Land is a mix of cultivated field with heavily wooded area on east side. This area has both sides of Washboard Creek which still has several holes of water despite lack of recent rainfall. Deer signs were everywhere! Great mix of hardwoods including pecans, elms and oaks! Great place to build, run some cattle and enjoying the outdoors.
